The only slight disappointment was the sleigh ride itself: one guide was leading several pairs of sleds pulled by reindeer at the same time, so it felt a bit less personal than expected. They provided warm outer wear so we were not cold. Sledding through the beautiful mountains was amazing. Spectacular and fun. The owner was great and provided us with warm drinks and cake after and told us all about the huskies. It’s definitely worth the money and a must do in Tromso.”

“The activity itself was excellent. We had a bad start where there were too many activities being organised at once at the bus shelter with not enough buses. We were told to wait inside, then after a while I went back outside to follow up and they removed a whole group off a bus and put our group on it. We left about 25 minutes later than the start time after everyone arrived 15 minutes earlier as instructed. However once we left, the driver was lovely and once we arrived for the activity all was forgotten. As an animal lover, I am always worried about booking activities like this incase…”
