“Even though we didn't see the Northern Lights, I'm giving it 5 stars because our guide, Bogdan, was amazing. He did his best, but unfortunately, the weather was so bad and it was snowing so much that there was nothing he could do. Still, he tried until the very end. It was my birthday that day, and I really wanted to see the Northern Lights, I was very disappointed and sad that it didn't happen, but Bogdan's approach made sure we had the best night possible. Despite everything, it was a birthday I'll never forget. Thank you.”
