“we were actually on the aurora lights tour not the fjords amd beaches tour (run by the same company) and it was amazing, such lovely hosts. A delicious dinner and the famous tea isn't to be missed! plus the guides were amazing... “The museum was interesting and the tasting tour was great. However, the service was AMAZING. We were a bit delayed but the manager was extremely helpful and made sure we still got the experience. We went to the restaurant after and it was also AMAZING. The fish soup is a must. We also had a northern lights tour for another company get cancelled and Full Steam was able to include us in their tour at the last minute and were so great and accommodating. I would give them more stars if I could. Full Steam has been the best part of our vacation.”

“This tour was the highlight of our stay in Tromso. We weren’t sure what to expect but we got an informative tour of the fjords and landscapes just outside of Tromso - spectacular scenery. The small group and our lively and knowledgeable guide Louis, made for a really special day. We were also very lucky with the weather (after a couple of days of terrible weather) but we got the feeling that Louis would have made the best trip out of any weather conditions. A truly memorable day for our family with lots of great keepsake photos. And the reindeer sausages and chai tea were also delicious treats!”
